Description
Beach sunset through a curtain of Seagrape trees for a different point of view. The Seagrape tree is so named because it grows near the sea and has fruits that grow in grape like bunches. The ripe fruits are sweet and edible, but you have to compete with the birds for the ripe ones. The round leaves are huge. The one I measured was 8 inches across. Seagrapes are a protected tree. It's roots help protect the coastline and provide a home for coastal wildlife.
