A tree frog pondering the mysteries of life.
When our fire pit became waterlogged after a heavy rain we dumped the water out and this tiny tree frog hopped out. He allowed me to get within inches of him to get this shot with the sky reflecting in his eyes. I found him so charming and such a good sport that I didn't have the heart to leave him homeless. I put water back in the fire pit and put him back in it.
