Artist's Description
When I was a kid I spent many nights helping my dad with astro-photography which he would do with a camera attached to a telescope. It was really a great time to talk because it's a slow and patient process, observing and taking photographs of the moon and stars. It's also a wonderful spark for the imagination. We would contemplate things from the beginning of the world to the end of the world, life on other planets and space travel. I love this particular shot because it reminds me of those days and I imagine it looks like the launching area for a civilian moon shuttle or maybe some other place far beyond.
